About Our Leadership
Nader is the president and founder of Cydecor, Inc., a DoD consulting firm with offices across the country.
Nader spent more than six years as a nuclear engineering officer in the submarine community of the United States Navy. His areas of expertise include change management, project management, software systems design, and business process reengineering. While managing Cydecor, Nader has helped establish three new organizations for DoD including the Navy Irregular Warfare Office for the Chief of Naval Operations.
Nader became the first naval officer to qualify in submarines with a prosthetic leg. He helps companies and start-ups through mentorship and partnering and is a national speaker and the published author of “My Decision to Live” — an autobiography about his own success after many battles with adversity.

Dennis Kelly
Dennis Kelly is a well-known and highly respected leader in the federal government contracting community and a Navy veteran. Previously, Mr. Kelly was President and COO of Centauri, LLC, prior to its acquisition by KBR Inc. (NYSE: KBR). He brings over 30 years of experience in the defense and intelligence community, having served in multiple chief executive officer, president, and chief operating officer roles with fast growth companies in the national security market including Anteon International, Tech Team Government Solutions, A-T Solutions, PAE IOMAXIS, Buchanan & Edwards and Centauri.

Rear Admiral (ret) Mark W. Kenny, USN
RDML Mark Kenny is the founder and Chief Executive Office of KENNCOR LLC and former Vice President for Irregular Warfare and Special Mission Systems for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Sector where he established the Red Wings National Irregular Warfare Center (NIWC) in 2010. While serving in the US Navy, RDML Kenny was the Director, Navy Irregular Warfare Office for the Chief of Naval Operations.

Rear Admiral (ret) Thomas J. Kearney, USN
RDML Tom Kearney is the Founder of the Kearney Group, LLC. He recently retired from the Navy after 23 years in the Submarine Force and 10 years directing acquisition programs at the Naval Sea Systems Command. During his last tour of duty RDML Kearney established the new Acquisition and Commonality Business Directorate at NAVSEA where he drove changes to better support small businesses, effect a common sense approach to acquisition, and improve government-industry relationships.

Mr Harvey Adler
Mr Adler is a retired Deputy Executive Director for DHS Customs and Border Protection where he worked closely with the Office of Intelligence and Office of Anti-Terrorism. Mr Adler also served as a Desk Officer Area Specialist for the Intelligence Community where he promoted Interagency communication with Intel and Law Enforcement communities.

SES (ret) Thomas F. Thoma
Mr Thoma is a retired executive from the Department of Defense where he served as part of the Senior Executive Service. Mr Thoma is an expert on DoD Acquisition and former Director of Acquisition for the Defense Information Systems Agency. Mr Thoma is currently President and CEO of T-Squared Enterprises, where he provides senior level consulting services to industry clients as well as the Federal Government.

In Memory of Doug Ellis
Doug Ellis was co-founder of DecisionPoint in 1998 and has served as a Managing Partner since that time. He has over ten years of operational experience in the technology sector as well as 15+ years of experience in M&A advisory representation for technology companies. Ellis has been personally involved in successfully closing 50+ transactions in the software (SaaS and enterprise), social media, telecommunications, IT and managed/hosting services, and BPO sectors.
